🐾 General Terms of Sale (CGV) – Teckel Paris

1. Preamble

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "CGV") apply to all orders placed on the Teckel Paris website (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Teckel Paris, a sole proprietorship / business based in France.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") accepts the CGV without reservation.

2. Products

Teckel Paris offers products and accessories related to the world of dogs, in particular dachshunds.
Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Certain variations (color, size, finish) may exist due to:

  • differences in manufacturing,

  • screen display,

  • different partner suppliers (including European and Asian suppliers).

Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery fees are added when the order is validated, unless delivery is free.

Free delivery on purchases of €70 or more.

Teckel Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • select the desired products,

  • validate their cart,

  • provide the information needed for delivery,

  • proceed to secure payment.

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the CGV.

Teckel Paris reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:

  • an invalid address,

  • an ongoing dispute,

  • suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are 100% secure and may be made by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard…)

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)

The debit is immediate.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing times

Every order is prepared and shipped within 72 business hours.

Delivery times

  • France: 7 to 14 business days

  • International: 10 to 20 business days

These times may vary depending on carriers, periods of high demand, or logistical constraints related to our suppliers.

Partner suppliers

Teckel Paris works with several suppliers (France, Europe, Asia).
Products from the same order may arrive separately.

Free delivery

From €70 of purchases, delivery is free.

7. Order tracking

Each order has a tracking number, which is sent by email once the package has been shipped.
Tracking may take several days to activate, depending on the carrier.

8. Consumer rights – Withdrawal period

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • customized or made to order (if you sell any),

  • used or soiled,

  • returned incomplete or damaged.

The product must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

9. Returns and refunds

For any return or refund request, the Customer must contact:

A refund is issued after:

  • receipt of the product,

  • verification of its condition.

Failure to collect from a pickup point:

If the package is automatically returned to the sender:

  • a refund excluding shipping costs will be issued,

  • or reshipment may be offered at the Customer's expense.

10. Delivery problems

Damaged package

The Customer must provide photos of the package and the product within 48 hours of receipt.

Package not received

If delivery greatly exceeds the announced times, Teckel Paris will open an investigation with the carrier or the supplier.

11. Legal warranty

Teckel Paris applies the legal warranties:

  • warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),

  • warranty against hidden defects.

12. Liability

Teckel Paris is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers,

  • customs,

  • external events (strikes, weather, holidays).

Delivery dates are estimates.

13. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for order management.
It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR).

14. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Teckel Paris and may not be reproduced without authorization.

15. Governing law and disputes

The CGV are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator and then, failing agreement, to the competent courts.
